First we learn about your business. We do a thorough assessment of your current business plan execution process before developing recommendations.

Implementing process improvements
With a well-defined plan in place, we assist the executive and project teams with training, technology deployment, coaching, evaluating performance data, process refinements, and business plan updates based on emerging results. If desired, we will also assist with outsourcing program management.
About us
Our principle consultant, Carl Lee, has 35 years of senior management experience, including as CFO of several high-profile technology companies. Over the years, his leadership roles have included management consulting, finance, venture capital, and running a national entrepreneurial consulting practice as a partner with Ernst & Young.

His diverse background perfectly suits him to helping small and medium-sized businesses—across many industries—implement transformative changes in their business processes.

Outside of the business world, mountain climbing is Carl’s passion. He combines lessons learned on the mountain with his business experience, to help business teams reach new summits.
